1. Acceptance of Terms

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your credentials is your responsibility. Please contact 9010 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 9010 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempting to access, hack, or interfere with the platform's systems, databases, or technical infrastructure.
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to manipulate games or transactions.
- Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses, promotions, or platform systems.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
- Distributing content that contains malware, viruses, or code capable of damaging 9010's systems or harming other users.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances associated with the irregular activity, and legal action where necessary.
4. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on the 9010 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including TNG e-Wallet, FPX, and online banking with major Malaysian banks. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is accurate and linked to a valid account held in their own name.
Deposits are typically processed within a short timeframe depending on the chosen payment method. Withdrawals are processed in accordance with established procedures, including identity verification where required. 9010 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify a user's identity before approving a withdrawal, in order to ensure the security and integrity of transactions.
Any attempt to process payments through third parties or use financial information that does not belong to the user is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure. For any transaction disputes, users may contact the 9010 support team for assistance.
5. Liability Limits and Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
9010 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages incurred by users arising from platform use, service disruptions, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control. The platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that services will be entirely uninterrupted at all times.
Account Suspension and Closure
9010 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice where there is evidence of fraud, misconduct, breach of terms, or threats to platform security. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period are also subject to our closure policy in accordance with established procedures. Users will be notified via their registered email of any action taken against their account.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms

Amendments and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
